2009 chev silverado 1500 6.0 swap need help

im working on a 2009 chevy silverado with a 5.3l and we just swapped in a 6.0 from a 2008 gm 2500 but we are having issues with it it will not rev up past 2000 rpm in all gears ( stock 4l60e). stock everything from filter to manifolds, variable cam has been wired up and the factory 5.3 pcm has been flashed with the data from the 6.0 now we tried adding supplementary fuel in the the intake and bam working fine, fuel pressure is at 58 psi and no intake leaks

If you'll post a datalog, we can help you determine the issue.

Log files are automatically saved, look in [root]:\Users\[username]\Documents\HP Tuners\VCM Scanner\Logs

Suggest making a desktop shortcut to that folder so you can get there again easily without all that clicking.

It's throwing a P0606 error code. That's a sign that the ECM is not happy.
Hopefully you still have the original calibration file.
    Let's try this...
Go to Engine>Airflow>Electronic Throttle, then change MAP A, B, C, D and the Reduced Engine Power power MAPs back to stock.

    See how it performs then.

I honestly wonder what would happen if you put the 5.3 tune back in it and just enabled the VVT, if it runs like a top then it was something else you changed.

If it ran fine on the 5.3 tune I would just make the minor corrections needed for fueling, do some timing stuff and whatever else you think you wanted to do.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
