quick question.

during the WOT shift (a4) does the TPS close for a split second or what ever?

2002 3.8 fbody.

The spark timing will retard during the shift (upshift torque reduction). Never seen the throttle close on a wot shift.

i've seen it go as low as 45% tps on a stock tune during WOT

see the attached log of a friend's stock tune. you can see at around the 3600 mark (is that a counter of some sort at the bottom?) the TPS backs off quite a bit.

if you get rid of torque management, it does not do this to you.
