Chrysler Intrepid 2.7 - Download Boot Loader: Request failed

Hello, I just bought the tuner recently for my cars but I have run into a problem trying to connect.
I get the error "Download Boot Loader: Request failed x7f Negative Response Code"

I'm not entirely sure what it means but I've checked all the connections and the battery is good.
The vehicle is a 2004 Chrysler Intrepid with what appears to be a NGC3 PCM. I didn't see it on the list
but you have every other 2.7 car on there I figured I could try with mine. It recognizes it but just won't
connect. I wanted to use the PCM in parallel with a stand alone for an LS swap later on. But for now I
wanted to mess with the tune and see what I can do with it before I start on that project.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT** There is not an issue anymore with the boot load error. It is corrected.

Had a problem with the original PCM and possible wiring differences that created
these errors. I have a bench harness now and those issues are gone.
