Installed a straight pipe exhaust on my 07 set 8 charger. I notice a huge power loss down low, will a tune help correct this? or do I have no choice but to put mufflers back on? Any help would be much appreciated!

Did you go straight pipe before the cats? I went straight pipe after cats and no power loss or gains. Just more sound and it sounds amazing.
A tune will help a little bit but straight pipes will move power to the upper end of the RPM band.
04 Intrepid 2.7-Stock
98 XJ 2dr 5spd-stock
88 XJ 2dr 5spd-boosted 4.7 stroker
Mufflers or lack thereof will not make a noticeable power difference either way. If you straight piped before the cats its likely you will feel a change in power band based on rpm. Ie loss of power down low but a gain in upper rpm
Check your fuel trims, then adjust accordingly

Modern engines are not for straight piping.
exspecially the Hemi uses the cam for egr operation.
So you have to change a lot of hard and software to get it running.
Even the O2?s are made for catalyc operations. the flow rate and timing in regulation is different.
Use some back pressure to make it easier.
