    The New HP Tuners MPVI2+ is now Available!



    HP Tuners MPVI2+ is Now Available!

    The new MPVI2+ by HP Tuners brings your tuning experience to the next level with improved
    functionality and additional features creating the ideal calibration package for any professional
    tuner or weekend enthusiast.

    Our new flagship device allows users to diagnose trouble codes, monitor and optimize
    vehicle performance, and customize your vehicle to cater to your needs.

    The MPVI2+ new features:
    - Bluetooth 5.0 technology (enabling support for select iOS and Android applications).
    - A Motorsports grade screw-on 4-pin M8 connector. (Pro Link+)
    - 12x faster USB-C connection and an all new RGB LED for device status.

    Included Functionality:
    - Read, modify, and save calibrations with our free to download VCM Suite, available here
    - Data log vehicle performance. Standalone Data Logging is available with Pro Feature Set.
    - Scan vehicle DTCs with the free to download VCM Scanner.
    - Adjust for gear and tire size on select vehicles.
    - Interface with mobile devices via Track Addict to record vehicle performance.

    I want to upgrade from 2 to 2+ what do I need to do
    '12 Caprice PPV 6.0 L77 - daily transportation
    8.7 @ 84 (1/8 mile) bolt-ons

    '02 Silverado RCSB 5.3 L59 - regularly street driven
    8.2 @ 86 (1/8 mile) stock cam and spray
    8.6 @ 84 (1/8 mile) cam and heads no spray

    same here.. upgrade MPVI2+ is not include previous preload calibration? another credit again. correct me if i'm wrong

    No the MPVI2 and RTD devices cannot be used interchangeably

    If you upgrade your MPVI2 to an MPVI2+ yes all of your credits/licenses will transfer over.

    I have a mpvi2 and have the pro link cable
    How or what is the process on getting a new cable ?Is there a exchange for the old cables to the new ?Are there new Pro link cables available ?

    I have files supplied by a couple tuners that are locked to my current MPVI2Pro serial number. I assume the new MVPI2+ (doing the upgrade path) will have a new serial number and I will have to have my files updated? Or can a serial number be matched?

    is the cost still 189$ if you're upgrading a MPVI 2 Pro to a 2+ Pro?

    Also will the time it takes to Write a Calibration be effected or stay the same?

    Will the MPVI2+ require the latest version of VCM Suite? Or is it backward compatible with something relatively new but not the latest, say 4.8.7?
