Looks like others are just writing in a higher number than parameter says it uses, setting show 0-186, most people are putting in higher numbers, does this work?
I am wondering the same for 18+ Mustang GTs as well. Same max calibration limit of 186, but I am seeing people put in bigger numbers with no apparent issues. Not sure if it works though.
Will have on Dyno tomorrow, I can report back, seems no answers? High speed event next week, wanted to remove on 2 GT500's.
OK, help, anyone. I have chage the speed limiter to 235, it does not allow to exceed 186, as stated in box. Stock 180, modded 186. Anyone help?

That's interesting, but I guess expected. Wonder if they are working on a patch or OS mod to raise it higher. I am pretty sure 15-17(?) GTs have an OS mod that fixes the issue on those cars.Originally Posted by saleenrose
I found a 15 mustang GT and the limiter can go up to 496 mph. Sure wish I could get the attention of someone who could change it.
