Just curious if the raspyness of my exhaust is normal with long tube headers and a glass pack dumped before the axle was normal because if I hit the the throttle past a certain percentage it will get unbearable if there's is something to change in the tune if there is I will but I have only done what is necessary to run the the headers and catless y pipe
What you hear is how they all are when you have no cats and no resonators.
Add in a resonator and it will remove just about all the rasp. Vibrant makes an ultra quiet resonator that works really well.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
I appreciate the feedback I'm more familiar with pre-1980 engines they don't put off that kind of sound so this was a first with me I will try that thank you
