Limp mode 2-3 help

on drive only from 2-3 shift it falls flat at 6200rpm 75mph and goes to limp mode. if i manual shift around 5500rpm it wont go into limp mode.
can someone guide me in the right direction here? is it shift points i need to change lower?

#46854 max torque limit, #5722 tcm rpm limt, #46956 max torque limit during slip...I'm betting from your log that you are hitting rpm limit... log says around 6380rpm...
