Controller Unlock: x36 Exceed Number of attempts - This time E38

Hey guys, Bill from HP locked the other thread pertaining to this but myself and a few others have had this happen multiple times, HPT says the tune file is corrupt or tuner locked but this is a dead stock ecu that was read out, modified and loaded back in. After about 5 or 6 revisions the ecu locks up and leaves us un-able to make any changes.

Seems like a software issue but zero help from HPT on this, I am not going to license a 3rd ecu just to have it do the same thing and HP tell me too bad on the credits.
