0411 LS1 VE Tuning: Why are primary VE table values limited to whole numbers 0-5 only

See attached screen shot and copy of the stock tune file I'm working with.

I've never speed density tuned an 0411 PCM before (always do MAF tunes); but a friend needs help running MAFless. This particular OS does not have a secondary VE table so all I have is the primary.

HP Tuners only allows a 0 - 5.19% value in the Primary VE table according to the legend, but the actual table will only accept "whole numbers" from 0 to 5.

How are you supposed to VE tune one of these PCMs with this restriction?

Click the 'Add Decimal Place' button a few times.

You can also change the Units from 'Number ()' to 'Percent (%)' to get numbers that might make more sense. Makes no real difference as you're pasting collected error data which will apply the same either way.
