Burble tune on a 05 Hemi

Been trying to make a burble tune for my 05 Ram with a 5.7, I tried just taking timing out of the PT spark table and min spark table but when I let off it almost feels like the throttle is openning and closing rapidly to compensate for something? Might be a stupid mistake on my part, still new to this so thank you ahead of time!
