    Newby needs advice

    I had my truck tuned with HP and didn't great instructions for how to change between tunes. I have my tunes one my laptop and MPVII is synced and has been used to swapped tunes.
    Can someone give me basic step my step instructions just how to change Between tunes.
    I just need a basic write up of steps to change tunes
