The misfire is like a single "bump" while driving at a steady speed every 30-45 seconds. I can also clearly hear a miss from the exhaust at about the same time interval at idle. I put the new BF7RE plugs in with new wires and tried another set of used coils and the miss didn't change

Also a little follow up from before. The truck apparently doesn't like the rich afr from the tunes provided before. we leaned it out and pulled a little timing until I get fueling correct. I have PE/BE set to about 12.1 and have been slowly chipping away at the VE table.

The coupler in the snout was a spring style and the rotor noise was gone after swapping that out. The KR was still there until we started pulling fuel under boost.
