Toyota support response

I'm not having any luck going through email support. I've waited 3 days with no response at all, which isn't obscenely long but when you get a response within a couple of hours for any GM or Ford support, it feels like a really long time. I'm needing a DTC P2436 added to the list. Who can I contact to get that handled? Seems like that particular DTC was just overlooked as most of the related codes are there.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I'm not looking for a fix in just a couple of hours, but at least some sort of response to know that they're aware of the support ticket.
