P0012 Code...Aarrrg!

My son put a 5.4l crate engine in his 2004 F-150. It's never run right and so I'm trying to help him out. It keeps throwing a P0012 code.

We've replaced the cats, coil packs, VTC sensor on bank one, and some other things but it still throws that code.

Attached is a log file at idle, 2000 rpm and 3500 rpm.

Fuel trims are odd, among other things. Any Ideas?

cam timing, phaser issue. if you replaced the solenoid on that bank then next step is replace phasers and reset cam timing

Yeah...I was afraid that was the next step. Brand new crate engine...shipped out of time...nice!

Ahhh... crappy aftermarket cam phaser failure is common I see.
