Nooby question knock sensor type

I was wondering if there is a way to determine what knock sensors a tune is set up to use. AKA resonant or dynamic? and can it be changed?

The P01 and P59 are set up for a Resonant knock sensor. Most 2001-up OS's have a switch in the cal file that allows it to be switched from Resonant to Flat Response. The 98-00 models didn't have that option.

Thank you for the update, I was hoping that was the case, (I had ordered the knock sensors 6 months ago for another project) I am planning on using a 2001 express van tune with a manual trans segment swap, (for the 700R4). not planning on CNP at this point. but that may change??? at which time I can use a Camaro tune.
