Not sure where to post this but I just bought the interface to tune my 2019 Can Am Commander and I can't even get a file read.
Is there a certain order of events to do or is it just plug and read? It does read the year, VIN, and shows 2 different cal files but
says failed after trying to read either one. I sent an info and debug file to support. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm having the same issue with my 2019 Seadoo Spark. I can get it to connect with the scanner but it doesn't show any data and won't record. The editor shows two files just like yours but also won't read them.
Did you try to read using the latest vcm editor beta?
I just picked up a cable . Just following this post. I have several seadoos ranging from 04 rxp to 17 spark

Update to the newest 4.11 beta and using an MPVI2 device and you should be able to open it.

Got the cable and MPVI2 Try to read and its a no go. At least in the way I have been using the tools. VCM Scanner also a no go. Any of yo guys have any luck? I know its Beta, Running 4.11.205. Also tried opening the file someone posted and it displays VIN only Thanks Guys!!

.205 beta is broken, we rolled it back to 4.11.179 which is available on the downloads page, we recommend using that build for now.

I hooked up to my 2018 Canam Commander 800 and it would not read the tune as well. I tried both operating systems and it said controller Int: Failed. Any help you guys have to offer would be great.

I have a support ticket and will be following the instructions given and post up. Sorry Bill that i haven't followed through on instructions given just been super busy.
Any update on this? I am thinking about buying the cable but if its just going to be buggy and not allow me to read I'll get another proven tuning device.
