Gen 5 2015 denali 6.2 afm delete , rough idle / code question.

Friend of mine has a 2015 denali 6.2 had a lifter/camshaft fail. Pulled motor did a BTR stock replacement camshaft kit (lifters , cam, plugs, ect) , truck is back together and running good but has a rough idle and will throw a P219B for a "generic" code. My question is all I did was go in and click "afm disable" and wrote the changes. Do you think this could be something to do with all the other box options that can be clicked? And if so what ones ? Thank you ahead of time.

DTC P219B - Fuel Trim Cylinder Balance Bank 2

This code indicates the fuel trims between cylinders on bank 2 (passenger side) is beyond the allowed % of error. Lots of suspect reasons to cause this, but the best way to help will be posting a data log so we can see what is going on.

The master enable/disable button on the delete SHOULD be good, but I always double down on it with a choice in the menu below it also. My go to, is to raise the "Enable ECT" to 400 degrees.

What is the status of this DTC? Pending/Current/Permanent

Is it a VVT delete camshaft as well?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
