If in doubt, multiply everything by 1.1.

Install a different version and re-poll for supported parameters. Then delete your old aircharge channel and go select it again.

I'm having the same issue on 4.10 and I've tried for different cars from 2012 to 2021 aircharge wont show
For anyone having this issue, create a support ticket with HP Tuners. This seems to be an ongoing problem with scanner.
In this post some had the same issue and it seem like it was removed on purpose.
