    Special Features/Options Blank

    New to hpTuners, connected to my 2010 Ram 2500 and tried to adjust tire size and tpms settings but when I connect to the truck and click the icon it is blank. Why is this?

    I am having this same issue, when i load up scanner to my 2004 srt4 the special features tab comes up blank. I was told i could clear my LTFT/STFT in this window.
    Any help?

    My understanding is that if the option is blank, it is simply unavailable. My 04 srt4 is blank as well, but my 07 Magnum has options available.

    The trick I use to clear my fuel trims on my 04 SRT4 is (key off) pull fuse 21 (yellow) marked "fp/asd" under hood for about 30 seconds.
