Creating a multi truck file ? How is it done /Vin Chnage

I created a file from a Binary file using a Binary file editor . It all works on one truck and now I am not able to change vin on my file and use it on another truck. I can edit my file with the editor but I cant change the files vin . and HP wont let me flash because of a vin miss match.
Can I edit the vin with winlos ? will HP have to convert another file for me ? can I use my file on other trucks? I want to create a non vin locked file from my now HP file . HP converted the original bin I had to a HP file and I can openly edit it .
