With recent cali smog law changes, can i revert from my enhanced 2bar sd tune? If i flash my stock tune, the ecu will still be 2bar enhanced. This will probably fail the cvn check still.

If you have the stock tune you can flash that back in with a write entire to make it "stock" again. It won't have the speed density enhanced features anymore if you did that.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
