    VCM suite installed but nothing opens

    Hi All, I installed the VCM suite and even tried the beta version but after the install of the suite nothing happens when I click on the editor or scanner. Any ideas? I have installed it on 2 laptops and the same results. I've done the install over and over again but it never works. Thanks in advance for any help!!

    installed on a third computer and the same thing. Nothing happens. I see it show up in task manager and goes way.
