Lower these to start with. They will globally effect any engine load. Then when you've got the hang of it use the adder modifier to fine tune different load points.
If you're not pushing to much power or pulling big loads 0.7 will get you close.
Search for user 5FDP posts. He has spent alot of time on truck trans tunes. They can't be treated the same as sedan tunes due to your extra weight and the your greater capacity to tow large loads. In one of his posts he gives away his tune so if you can find it that would be a good asset to have to help you start modifying your tune.
