Random Spark Advance Drop at Part Throttle

    2005 Dodge Magnum with a 2010 5.7 Hemi:

When trying to maintain speed (30mph+) I am running into random spark advance drops (from 22 to as low as 1 or 2 degrees advance) with no other change in data. My accelerator position % flutters around and randomly drops as well but I have not yet seen a correlation between the two. Would anyone happen to have some suggestions or things to try?

    Thank you.
