    Unsupported Interface mpvi2

    hi

    i have this problem when i try to read some ecu :
    Unsupported Interface

    it's happened after last update firmware

    we send support ticket but no responed

    having the same issue, after update cannot use my interface at all tried multiple PC's removing and reinstalling VCM suite and drivers contacted support 4 days ago and still no reply
    very frustrating

    What is your ticket number?
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    I'm sorry you are having an issue, we are off on the weekend and Monday(today) is a holiday for us so if you emailed late on friday we likely just didn't get a chance to reply before the long weekend.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Hi Bill, My ticket number is 22621 im on windows 10 with the latest updates, recommended drivers, net framework. In device manager i only see USB Serial Converter even after installing the drivers. VCM scanner works fine and i can sync my interface just not connect to the vehicle. I have used this Laptop in not too long ago however it will no longer connect now

    The fix is to open a support ticket and we'll get you sorted. Its not something we can fix via a forum post.

    ticket 48481
    working remote today and mvpi2 fails to resync after a update. re downloaded drivers and suite, even bought credits to try that. won't read the vehicle or resync if I try that.
    it erases, programs and then fails to resync after 8 tries.
    updated Tuesday and used it with no problems until this morning

    resync issues vs unsupported interface are two completely different issues that are unrelated.
