    MPVI Pro not found after software update

    i used it to scan a few days ago with no issue. then i did update to the suite and it not longer works/connects:

    Interface not opened: Not Found

    Mine is doing the same thing, I can't connect to any vehicle after doing the 4.10.5 update.

    hi Bill hope all is well. i did open ticket 22785 but he's asking for The Debug.dat file but it is not there.
    i also took my MVPI to a friend and got the same error message the ?unable to detect?? message so i fear the MVPI unit is bad now.

    Yeah it sounds like your MPVI1 device may have kicked the bucket, make sure to attach your license.dat file to that ticket and more than likely we can still upgrade you to an MPVI2+
