LS3 reading no sensor signals map, maf, rpm, fuel trim

Hi,
I am a total novice and can?t figure out why I can?t read some sensor signal but get others. I am doing an LS3 install with a GMPP ECM. I can read signals on the throttle position but not reading other sensor. I have the engine running but needs to be tuned as I added an air intake manifold and it?s running rich. I have checked the power and ground to map and maf and did a continuity check on the pcm grounds and the map , maf sensor.
Any help our guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What DTC's are you seeing in the scanner?
Load this channel list into your scanner, then click the Connect icon on the scanner, then go to Vehicle and click the Repoll tab, then click the red icon to Start Scanning.
