Throttle closing at WOT Cadillac ATS LTG 2.0

My throttle is closing during a WOT run in the midrange and then it opens all the way at around 5800 rpm. I do have driver demand increased over stock in the 62-100% throttle range. Any advice appricieated.

I reduced the wastegate duty cycle in the from the 2.2 PR and up in the rpm range where it was closing and the throttle stays open at WOT.
