REDUCED ENGINE POWER ALERT AT START UP ONLY. What is causing this?

So I have a 1le Camaro I just picked up. It had headers on it and the tune looks like something from Diablosport or some other canned tune. So I did some updates that I usually do for cars with headers and I fixed the driver demand tables. Whatever tune was on here had the 90-100% throttle at 1000 across the board. Which is about 300% higher then stock or something nuts. I uploaded the tune and it said reduced engine power right away. It's only the message though, the car drives fine but the message is there at every start up. I've ran into this before on a few cars and I ended up starting over on the tune and it was fine. Just looking to see if anyone else ran into this and if anyone might know what I did to cause it.

Does it have a throttle controller plugged into the accelerator pedal? Check for something under the gas pedal.

Seems like several things can cause this... I had a thread about e92 / phantom REP message here that may (or may not!) have what you need: https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...-back-to-stock

I might have dug onto the speed limiter page a little to hard it seems. I'm just glad I'm not the only one running into it and I'm happy there is a term for it. Phantom REP. Perfect

I just called it "phantom REP" because you get the dash message at startup but it's NOT in REP... There is no way that we could turn it over to a customer like that though.
