Tune Help

I am looking to get some help with a tune. This is in a 2005 Envoy that was an original i6, swapped over to a 5.3 with a Blue/Green ecm 5 years ago. Vehicle ran awesome until it recently spun a rod bearing. So swapped to a 6.0.

I recently installed a gen 4 6.0 .030 over. Crank was changed to be a 24x, cam is a 1x with a LS2 timing cover. Ported set of 862 heads. NNBS intake and 87mm throttle body with x-link, gold blade truck throttle body. Using a TAC module and pedal (don't recall what it is out of) Injectors are a 12564512, MAP 213-4760, MAF 19330121 with a 4" intake tube. The CAM is 227/239 adv.290/305 with a 3200-3600 Circle D stall. Has Kooks long tube headers only using front 02 sensors.

Feels like I am not getting full throttle. With the engine off looking at the throttle plate, looks to only open 40%. Started with LQ9 tune from a Silverado. With the pedal to the floor it shift at about 4000rpms.

Completely new to the tuning and have been reading and watching videos.

ive been poking around those tranny settings. are you saying disable abuse mode OR max out the % , whichever basically stops that mode from working or were you saying change 2 different settings? its confusing cuz i seen something like 77 tranny adjustment settings , i think all but one were adjustment, one was On/off
