    L86 to LT vin change

I have a L86 8L90e going into a 67 Camaro. My tuner is asking me what Vin I want to use. I have an LT2 intake and headers on the engine but other than that it?s stock. Should I start with a Camaro or Corvette vin?

Why can't you just use the tune already in the computer and not change a thing?

Modify the tune as required for the mods being used.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I was under the impression that the Camaro shifts better. My tuner just got back to be and just upped the charge by $300 so I think I’ll find another tuner. Anyone here doing any tunes for hire?

Just looking for a stand alone tune with all the usual stuff deleted including pwm fueling.

A good tuner can make that 8L90e shift better if the TCM is unlocked.

The vin number has zero affect on how the tune will be.
