    Getting rid of VVT.

I just swapped a 6.2 into a 14' Caprice roller. I converted the engine to a non DOD/VVT engine. I'm reusing the E38 PCM from the Escalade as my car didn't come with one. I know DOD I just turn off. What do I need to do to get rid of the VVT tuning? Can I simply go into the VVT tab and turn it to none for # of cams and zero out the other tabs. I compared it to a non VVT tune from another E38 pcm and that's all the non VVT car has is none and zero'd out VVT tables. The engine has a LS7 cam so its not anything crazy the stock tune can't handle.

Yes, change it to none and zero out those tables. Then turn off all the VVT codes.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
