here is a log and a file to my setup, the trans has been swapped to manual. i did a segment swap for the trans. 2002 6.0 lq4 with flat top pistons and a btr stage 2 truck cam. surges or stall out coming to a stop or if i press the clutch. thanks for any help this.

Your oxygen sensors are dead. I'd start by trouble shooting them before you proceed.

Both of the oxygen sensors read 450 mV +/- 10. That indicates a dead sensor. They should switch from less than 100mV to over 900mV if they are healthy and functional.
