    2012 turbo Sierra 1500 reduced engine power when ac is on

    Anytime I turn the ac on it will work for about 2 miles then go into reduced engine power and throw code c0242

    Have a 2010 turbo 5.3, never had a problem with the ac, smooth idle is a problem sometimes, it's possible it's mechanical / electrical there always seems to be a little glitch somewhere. check if your going lean when ac kicks on. it shouldn't i left all my ac setting stock and used VEE table, torque, spark, turn off dod,
