Looking to get more power out of my 5.3 so far has cold air intake, complete exhaust with pace setter headers, eventually getting a cam. Want the truck at its full potential cause seems very sluggish, if anyone can point me on what to do that'd be great
First things first is get a wideband oxygen sensor for tuning. AEM makes a OBD2 wideband that works with your truck, it's plug and play.
You'll need that to calibrate the fueling to get the best air fuel ratio for making power and to make sure things stay safe now and when you add a camshaft.
Post your current tune and logs if you want people to see what the tune looks like right now.
