    Fluctuating egr voltage for wideband.

I'm running my aem 30-0300 through pin 55 on my 411 pcm. I've noticed recently that the voltage in the egr pid is fluctuating alot. by 2 volts at times and it skewing my afr logs. I've checked voltage going into pcm from analog output of gauge, and its consistent, with maybe .02-.05 variation, figure that's due to afr fluctuation. I've attached a log of it doing it at idle, but does it throughout whole driving trip, even when at a steady speed/afr reading on highway. Ive tried another good know pcm to see if possibly pcm was bad but had same results. any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any input.

Did you ground the Analog- (brown) wire, from the 30-0300 ?

That needs a good, solid, ground, to stabilize the Analog+ signal.

Yes. I forgot to mention, I had brown wire on pin 23 of blue connector which was egr ground originally. then i moved the ground directly to gauge ground, then finally to direct battery ground with no change at all. i did notice at first it doesn't do it then after a few minutes it will start the fluctuation.
