2016 Mustang GT 6spd Flex E85 and Ghost Cam Help

Hello all, I did my Flex Fuel tune and it is running super well. It goes to 14.08 AFR with pump gas and going to 10 AFR with Pump E85. I tried to set up a ghost cam tune on top of my Flex tune and it does not seem to run well. I can not get it to chop very well, it seems to do it then stops. It also brings the AFR to 14 during driving and to 16-19 at idle. I tried following the ghost cam post here but it does not touch on flex and also does not run super well. I know this won't run like stock but it doesn't seem to transition back to stock during driving.

I dont know that flex and ghost cam is a good idea unless maybe you don’t allow the flex logic to calculate anywhere with idle overlap.

Does anyone have the files to set up a ghost cam tune to a N/A 2016 Mustang GT 6 SPD man

16gt-flex-ghostcam2adjusted.hpt Try loading this tune, it is similar to the ghost cam I made for my 2018 6spd but I made the changes to match it on your car.
