Wierd lull in part throttle 4-5 shift

Feel like when its disengaging clutches it actually is dragging the motor down, but that doesnt make sense, so Im guessing its something like the oncoming clutch engages and the other one still hasnt released yet? After that rpm flares like its nuetraling out. Not really sure why it would be doing it, I havent touched anything in trans tables there but not to say someone hasnt been in here prior. 4:58, 4:41 I think, 5:21, 6:51 when I kept it from locking up entirely so i could tell if it was purely the trans shift event. I do noticed the shift time ends up saying some extremely short value like .05 or .1 seconds

Any ideas what could be causing it to act a fool only on that part throttle gear change? Going to go through and compare to stock file now and see if I can spot something
