W204 M156 Timing Help!

hey i am Joshua from IG @flechaperformance I'm basically new to the hptuners suite....

I'm having some kind of issue with the timing itself can't pass 24.5 degrees at WOT everything else is working perfectly is there a way of getting more since i see some people have 27+ degrees using can tunes from eurocharged, raceiq etc

any help would be appreciated
