Downloaded/installed VCM Suite and drivers, registered interface, downloaded vehicle data, edited idle and uploaded new version (it took). Now computer does not recognize interface and I cannot resync in editor or scanner program (tried this on three of my computers, same result on all). I've already tried reinstalling drivers and suite a coupe times with no change. I do get the green STAT light and blue tooth blinks and did pair to my computer but blue tooth does not stay on.
Anyone have any suggestions before I submit a support ticket? Also, I'm running Windows 10 on all my computers.
