Brickable Warning ?

I was going to do a 'write entire' on the car's P01 ECU when this 'Brickable' warning came up. The only change that was going to be made was to set the 'BrakeTorque' to a "0" (zero) in the system configuration (GMT800). Has making this change ever 'bricked' a computer? I backed out and didn't make the change.

It's just a general warning that if something hiccups during a write entire on some PCMs you could end up with a door stop. That change on a P01 only requires a write calibration anyway.
