We only sell one device, the MPVI2+ so that is what you'll need to tune your vehicle's ecm assuming you are using an ECM that we support.
Make sure to check our supported vehicles list to ensure the ecm you are using is from a vehicle that we support https://www.hptuners.com/vehicles/
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

You should be able to look find a stock tune for a 5.7 and 4L60E in the repository that'll be close to what you need
