    full throttle shift issues

    what would cause the 0411 ecm to not shift by RPM at full throttle , but shift on mph like normal drive mode?

    My guess would be one of the following:

    1. ECM doesn?t detect/confirm WOT condition.
    2. WOT shift RPM set lower than MPH
