2000 Excursion 7.3. Read the file. It gave me a made up hp tuners VIN. When trying flash a modified cal, it has me turn the key off for 3 seconds then back on. After about 10 seconds it says write timed out. Anyone had this issue?

I believe your real VIN needs to be flashed into your pcm using Ford IDS tools.
