another 4l60 to 4l80 swap giving a bit of issues 00 silverado

Well got one kicking my behind, cant seem to make it shift at WOT
i have noticed it also delays a bit to go into 3rd while regular driving.
tried setting trans rev and vss pulses along with edit of gear and tire wizard.
Hoping someone can shed some light on this
i was also thinking back to the segment swap i believe i only got the trans settings
dont think i got the diag portion, cant remember exactly. added file to see if you guys can help me out with any suggestions.

Anyone?? Seems to request the shift at WOT from 2nd to 3rd around 5300 where I set it but rpm keeps climbing without a shift.
No codes present at this time.
