Have a tune in my truck by a reputable tuner. Problems downloading it?

So I have the switch with multiple settings and I'm trying to download it and its not letting me? Says the files are corrupt and replaced with stock tune etc... I'm just trying to adjust for tires sizes and shift points. Any ideas? Is this common?

Is the truck tuned with EFI live?

I'm not sure what they used to write the tune etc... But I installed it with one of the hand held tuners with these tunes on it and you just plugged it in and flashed the PCM and TCM.

Went back to look and the tuner is known for using EFIlive So my guess would be he used that to write the tunes

I haven’t been able to read DSP5 tunes, but single efi live tuned vehicles I’ve read no problems.

So, I'm awaiting delivery of my MPVI2 via UPS today. I'm completely new to HPtuners. But, I can tell you...even with a V2 from EFIlive you cannot read out a DSP OS from the ECM. I'm going to play and flash a duramax within the coming week or so to see if there's any trouble, etc.
