Got the computer and everything for the 2006 ram is there a way besides manually copying everything to get the 06 tune on the 07 pcm? If I put 06 vin in 07 computer will I still be able to tune trans?

I think the ability to tune the trans happens in 2009
I've been tuning the transmission shift points on my 2004 Ram 1500 NGC3 using HP tuner software for years.

Tuning for trans is supposed to star in 07. Wish o knew how you got to your 04 trans but mine does not show up at all. I am going to give it a try tomorrow if I have time.
Have 07 pcm in and programmed it started now I have to pay for credits for this pcm and figure out how to copy the engine tune over. All the transmission programming is there and surprisingly it started and idled which shocked me.
Ok got my tune transferred now I just have to figure out trans tuning can’t seem to find to much on it. Only problem I have found so far is that for some reason it is picking up that I have a miss which I don’t have. Maybe it is picking up cam as a miss not sure yet.

Comp thumper cam
Mild port and polish on heads
Full headers with off road y pipe 3? single exhaust
8 speed out of 19 ram thanks to Sound German
