Hey guys hate to start a thread with a complaint but its been to long now with me chasing people and no answers.
so i got a file from dusterhoff that its reading this error " this file is part of a remote tuning network that you not part off".
contacted hptuners support, got this:
Thank you for providing this information. Double check with Dusterhoff and have him check the tune file to make sure he has the correct MPVI 2 serial number added.

checked they told me they did.

hp tuners support:
It looks like you are not setup as the master that is why you are unable to open the tune file, He will need to set the Master/Slave correctly in order for you to open the tune file.

contacted dusterhoof and was told all is set properly.

now im going to the 3rd week with this file that i cant write, spent the money with an unlocked pcm, mpv , credits etc and feel like its a waist of money at this point. Is there anyone in here with this issue that can help me?
