Diesel tuning?

Hey guys looking to get into some diesel tuning, any idea where I can get some proper training or courses etc. any company or recommendations? I want to be able to tune with the Hptuners software and wake up some diesel trucks.

A lot of what I learned was trial and error.

I?m more of a ford side of diesel tuning but I?m going to be dabbling into the duramax side soon.

The way I started was looking at other peoples tunes compare to stock. You?ll get an idea of what and possibly why people increase or decrease certain tables.

Little by little and research is key. If you want to pay for training Hpacademy is a good one. I have seen a lot of people use that.

i found a great write up for the theory on ECUEDIT based on using a K-tag and bin files etc... on VW engines but once you understand the theory they all operate simular. PDF attached... its a long read but you learn alot.
